IS TPLF LEADING THE COUNTRY OR EXPANDING

IT’S BUSSINESS EMPIRE?

Since the dictator TPLF seized power, it has been clearly engaged in massive corruption and unethical business practices by national or international business rules. As a ruling party, it not only owns strategic sectors of the economy and engages in commercial and trading activities, it also puts competing private sectors in a hopeless no-win situation. This preponderant economic dominance is also used as a political weapon to harass, incarcerate, dominate, weaken and control opposition forces in order to stay in power indefinitely.

The TPLF, the core political power of Ethiopian government, has transformed the Ethiopian economy from State ownership to the private ownership by political parties, mainly the TPLF, by buying investment assets formerly owned by the government of Ethiopia, as prescribed by the World Bank Report and political coercion by the United States Government. At the same time, the TPLF has also started a huge investment program of its own through sham corporate structures. For example, the TPLF controlled Endowment Fund of Rehabilitation of Tygreai (EFFORT) is a conglomerate with an asset estimated well over a billion Ethiopian Birr involved in business investment in all aspect of the Ethiopian economy.

It was established by expropriating capital equipments from different parts of the country and by the infamous defaulted bank debts. Currently there is no business sector that is free from the involvement of EFFORT. It stretched from production to distribution, from finance to insurance, from wholesale to retail, from real-estate to horticulture, from mining to IT. Peculiarly, this trade empire hasn’t ever been audited by external auditor nor repays the loan it borrowed periodically.

Surprisingly, almost 99.9% of the employees in these innumerable companies of EFFORT are Tigrian; which means that majority of the economy is occupied by either the Tigrian private companies or by the extractive trade empire called EFFORT; and they primarily privileged job opportunity for Tigrians. As the complete cycle of economic dominance and privileged labour market portrays, we are under a severe economic genocide. The following tables show TPLF companies under EFFORT.

እጃቸው የኋሊት ከተጠፈረ በኋላም አቶ ነጋ እንዲህ አሉ። “በቃ! ህወሃት አበቃለት!”

በተንጣለለ ቪላ ውስጥ ከበድ ያሉ እንግዶች “ጸዳ” ባሉ ምግብና መጠጦች እየተስተናገዱ ነው። ታዋቂ ግለሰቦች፤ ባለስልጣናት እና
አርቲስቶች የቀረበላቸውን ብፌ በልማታዊ ወጋቸው እያወራረዱ ሳሉ አንድ እንግዳ ነገር በመሃላቸው ተከሰተ። ሞቅ ባለው የአይቴ ነጋ ገብረእግዚአብሄር ድግስ ላይ ያልተጋበዙ ሁለት ሰዎች ዘው ብለው ከግብዣው ክፍል ገቡ። የፌዴራል ፖሊስ አባላት ነበሩ።
በዚህ ያልተለመደ ክስተት የአቶ ነጋ እንግዶች አልተደናገጡም ነበር። ይልቁንም የፌዴራል ፖሊሶቹ ለተጨማሪ ጥበቃ የመጡ ነበር
የመሰላቸው። አንድ ብርጌድ ያህል ጦር አስከትለው የመጡት ፖሊሶች ግን አቶ ነጋ ገብረእግዚአብሄርን አስጠሯቸው። አቶ ነጋም ለጥሪው እንደወትሮው በመወጣጠርና ፍጹም ትእቢት በተሞላበት አነጋገር ምላሽ ሰጡ። በፖሊስ አባላቱ እና በአቶ ነጋ መካከል የሃይለ-ቃል ልውውጥ ተጀመረ። እሰጥ እገባው አንድ፣ ሁለት እያለ ሄደና በመጨረሻ ተካረረ። በዚህ ሰዓት አቶ ነጋ ስልክ መደዋወል ያዙ። ከፍተኛ የሚባሉ ባለስልጣናትና ምኒስትሮች ጋ ደወሉ። ከዚያም በመቀጠል፣ ጀነራሎች ጋ ደወሉ… የጦር መኮንኖች፣ የፓርቲ ባለስልጣናት… ሁሉም ጋ ተደወለ። የባለስልጣናቱ ምላሽ ግን ጥሩ እንዳልነበር ከአቶ ነጋ ፊት ላይ ይነበብ ነበር። ወዳጆቻቸው ሁሉ እንደ ቱኒዚያው ቤን አሊ በአንድ ጊዜ ከዷቸው።
“በል – ና – ውጣ!” አለ አንደኛው የፖሊስ አባል፣ የስልኩን ሽርጉድ በጥሞና ከተከታተለ በኋላ።
“ምን ማለትህ ነው? እኔኮ ነጋ ነኝ። ነጋ ታሪኩ!” አሉ። አነጋገራቸው የጀምስ ቦንድን ይመስል ነበር። በዚህ ጊዜ ታዲያ እጃቸውም
አላረፈም። ከጎን ያሸጎጡትን መሳርያ ለማውጣትም ዳዳቸው።
በቅጽበት ግን ፌዴራል ፖሊሱ ቀደማቸው። በድንገት “ጯ!” የሚል ድምጽ አዳራሹን አናጋው። የፖሊሱ አይበሉባ የግራ
መንጋጭላቸው ላይ ሲያርፍባቸው ጊዜ፤ አይቴ ነጋ ነገር አለሙ ተደበላለቀባቸውና እጅ መስጠትን መረጡ። ግብር ሊያበሉ በጠሯቸው የክብር እንግዶቻቸው ፊት፣ ከዚህ በላይ መዋረድ አልፈቀዱም። ሁለት እጃቸውንም ወደ ፖሊሱ በመዘርጋት ለብረት ማሰርያው ራሳቸውን አመቻቹ። እጃቸው የኋሊት ከተጠፈረ በኋላም አቶ ነጋ እንዲህ አሉ። “በቃ! ህወሃት አበቃለት!”
“ባለሃብቱ” በዚህ ሁኔታ በፖሊስ መኪና ተጭነው ወደ እስር ቤት ሲሄዱ፣ ተጋባዥ እንግዶቹም እግሬ-አውጭኝ እያሉ
ከስፍራው አፈተለኩ። ይህ ታሪክ ድራማ ሊመስል ይችላል። ግን በእውን የተፈጸመ ሃቅ ነው። ታሪኩን ያጫወተኝ ሰውም እዚያ ግብዣ ላይ ግብር ሊበላ ተገኝቶ ነበር። እንደ አግራሞቱም “ይህ መቼም የፈጣሪ ስራ ነው።” ከማለት ውጪ ስለ ጉዳዩ እንድምታ የሰጠው ማብራሪያ የለም።
ነጋ ገብረእግዚአብሄር የነፃ ትሬዲግ ኃላፊነቱ የተወሰነ (ሰዎች ያልተወሰነ ይሉታል) የግል ማህበር ባለቤት ነበሩ። ድርጅታቸውም
እንደስሙ ከሁሉም ነገር ነጻ ነበር። ከግብር ነጻ፤ ከቁጥጥጥር ነጻ፤ ከፍተሻም ነጻ። በመቶዎች የሚቆጠሩ የጭነት መኪናዎች እቃ ጭነው በየኬላው ሳይፈተሹ እንዲያልፉ የተሰጠ ልዩ መብት ሁሉ እንደነበራቸው ይነገራል። ዛሬ ፈጣሪ ሲፈርድባቸው በኢፍትሃዊ መንገድ ቢልየነር ያደረጋቸው ስርዓት፤ ያው ስርዓት ሰለባ አደረጋቸው… ነጋ ገብረእግዚአብሄር ለአቶ መለስ ዜናዊ እና ለባለቤታቸው ለወ/ሮ አዜብ መስፍን ቅርብ – በጣም ቅርብ ነበሩ። ለጉምቱ ባለስልጣናት ይሰጡት የነበረው እጅ መንሻ ከዚህ አይነት ውርደት እና እስራት ሊያድናቸው አልቻለም። በትግራይ ውስጥ ከ40 ሚሊየን ብር በላይ አውጥተው በስማቸው ያሰሩት የቴክኒክ ኮሌጅም እንደ ውለታ አልተቆጠረላቸውም።…
ይህችን አጭር መጣጥፍ ለመጫር እንደተቀመጥኩ አንድ ዜና በኢሜይል ደረሰኝ። የዜናው ርእስ “ጀነራል ባጫ ደበሌ
የአዋሽ ባንክ ሰራተኞችን ከሥራ እንዲባረሩ አደረጉ!” ይላል። ባጫ ደበሌ የባንክ ሰራተኞቹን ያባረሩዋቸው ‘’እኔ ጀነራል ባጫ ደበሌን እንዴት አታውቁኝም?’’ በሚል በሰራተኞቹ አለመታወቃቸው አበሳጭቷቸው ነበር። ወደ ፌስ ቡክ ጎራ ስልም አንዳንዶች በዜናው ላይ  ሲወያዩ አስተዋልኩ። ይህ እኮ አዲስ ክስተት አይደለም። ለብዙ ጊዜ የሚደጋገም እና የተለመድ ነገር ዜና ሊሆን አይችልም። ውሻ ሰውን ሲነክስ ዜና አይሆንም። በተቃራኒው ግን ሰው ውሻን ከነከሰ ዜና ይሆናል። እንዲህ አይነቱ ክስተት ስር የሰደደ የስርዓቱ ባህርይ ነው። ባጫ ደበሌ እነዚያን ሰዎች ማስገደል የሚያስችልም ስልጣን እና መብት ያላቸው የአዜብ ሰው መሆናቸውን አንዘንጋ። ጀነራል ባጫ በተልእኮ ትምህርት ከአንድም ሁለተኛ ዲግሪ እንዲገዛላቸው ካደረጉ በኋላ፣ ለምርቃታቸው ስነ-ስርዓት፣ ሰንጋዎች ጥለው፣ የሙዚቃ ባንድም አስመጥተው፣ መንገድ ሁሉ እንዲዘጋ አድርገው ሲያበቁ፤ በተለመደው ብሬክ ዳንሳቸው መንደሩን የቀወጡ ሰው ናቸው። በብርሃን ፍጥነት ከኪነት ጓድነት ወደ ጀነራል የተሸጋገሩት ባጫ ደበሌ በመደበኛ የስራ ጊዜያቸው ጫት ይነግዳሉ። በትርፍ ጊዜያቸው ደግሞየሙስናው ጉዳይ ገጽ 2 በዜጋው ላይ እንዲሁ እንደዋዛ እየቀለዱ እስካሁን አሉ። የነገውን አንድዬ ብቻ ነው የሚያውቀው። የፍትህ ሳይሆን የግለሰቦች የበላይነት የሰፈነበት ሃገር ስልጣንን ያላግባብ መጠቀም ሙስና ሊደንቀን አይገባም። የፍትሃዊ ስርዓት መጥፋት ነው ሙስና።
ፕሮፌሰር አል ማርያም ባለፈው መጣጥፉ ስለሙስና ሲጽፍ ከሙስና ሁሉ በላይ ሙስና የሚሆነው የፍትህ መጓደል እንደሆነ
አስነብቦናል። የፍትህ መጥፋት ስብእናን፣ ነጻነትንና ንብረት ማጣትን ያስከትላልና። In my view, denial of due process (fair trial) is the highest form of corruption imaginable in the “justice sector” because it results in the

ከሰሞኑ ደግሞ ስልጣንን ያለአግባብ በመጠቀም ምንጩ ያልታወቀ ሃብት አፍርተሃል በመባል ተወንጅሎ ወህኒ የወረደው
የወልደስላሴ ወልደሚካኤልም ዜና በስፋት እየተሰራጨ ነው። ወልደስላሴ ሌላኛው የአዜብ መስፍን የቅርብ ሰው ነበር። በዚህ ጉዳይ ላይ ዳዊት ከበደ በስፋት ትንታኔ ስለሰጠበት እዚህ ላይ አልደግመውም። ወልደስላሴ ግን ከህወሃት የጫካ ትግል ጀምሮ ቀልፍ ቦታዎች ላይ ተመድቦ የሰራና – የመለስ ቀኝ እጅ የነበረ ሰው ነው። ታማኝ አገልጋይም ስለነበረ በህወሃት ውስጥ ወሳኝ ቦታ ነበረው።
ከወልደስላሴ እስር በኋላ ብዙዎች በህወሃት ውስጥ ውጥረት እንዳለ መናገር ጀምረዋል። ውስጥ ለውስ እየተንከባለለ ያለው
ውጥረትማ ከከረረ ትንሽ ዘግየት ያለ ይመስላል። በውጥረቱ የተነሳም በባለስልጣናቱ መካከል እርስ በርስ መተማመን ከጠፋ ቆየ። አንድ  ውስጥ አዋቂ ስለዚህ ሁኔታ ሲያጫውተኝ አባላቱ በምሽት ሲወጡ እንደ ጅብ ጎን ለጎን ነው የሚሄዱት። ጅብ ስለሚፈራ ብቻውን አይሄድም። ሁሌም ተጠራርቶ በቡድን ይሄዳል። ከባልንጀራው ጋር አብሮ ሲሄድ ደግሞ ጎን ለጎን መሆን አለበት። ፊትና ኋላ ከሆኑ እርስበርስ ይበላላሉ።

በአሁኑ የህወሃት አሰላለፍ ግን አንደኛው ወገን ከኋሊት መጥቶ የቀደመ ይመስላል። ከፊት ያለው የኋላውን መብላት
ጀምሯል። ተገላቢጦሽ የሆነው ይህ አስገራሚ ክስተት ነው ውጥረቱን ይበልጥ ያከረረው። የአዜብን ቡድን የማጥፋቱ ሂደት ላይ ግን
ከፍተኛ ጥናት ሳይደረግ አልቀረም። የፖለቲካ ሃይል አሰላለፉ ላይ ሚዛን የደፋው አንደኛው ቡድን ከደሙ ንጹ ባይሆንም የሙስናውን ወንጀል ለብቀላ መጠቀምያ ማድረጉ የአደባባይ ምስጢር ነው።
አንዳንድ የዋሆች ታዲያ ይህ የጸረ-ሙስና ዘመቻ አቶ መለስን ለማሳጣት እየተደረገ ያለ ድራማ እንደሆነ ይናገራሉ። አቶ
ሃይለማርያም ደሳለኝንም የሚያመሰግኑም አልጠፉም። አቶ ሃይለማርያም ብዙውን ክስተት እንደ ተራው ሰው በዜና እንደሚሰሙ
የሚያውቁት በቅርብ ያሉት ሰዎች ብቻ ናቸው። ለነገሩ እሳቸውም አስቀድመው “የእኔ ስራ ከፊትም ሆነ ከኋላ የሚሰጠኝን ትእዛዝ
እየተቀበሉ ማስፈጸም ብቻ ነው።” ብለዋል። ከፊትና ከኋላ ብቻ ሳይሆን ከላይና ከታችም መመርያ እየተቀበሉ ያስፈጽማሉ። በሙስናው ስም የሚካሄደው ጨዋታ ከሳቸው ራዳር ውጭ ያለ መሆኑን ለመረዳት የፖለቲካ ጥበብን አይጠይቅም።
አቦይ ስብሃት በአንድ ቃለ-መጠይቅ ላይ ስለዚህ ጨዋታ ሲናገሩ የ10 ሚሊዮኑ ዘራፊ ቁጭ ብሎ የ10 ሺው መታሰር የለበትም
ብለው ነበር። አቦይ ስብሃት እውነት ብለዋል። ከሌላው ጋር ሲነጻጸር ከአቶ ገብረዋህድ ወልደጊዮርጊስ ቤት ተገኘች ተብላ በኢቲቪ
ጭምር ስትታይ የነበረችው 26 ሺ ኢሮ ኢምንት ናት። Global Financial Integrity (GFI) በመባል የሚታወቀው አለማቀፍ የገንዘብ ግልጸኝነት ተቋም ከ 2001 እስከ 2010 ብቻ ከኢትዮጵያ ተዘርፎ ወደውጭ የወጣው ገንዘብ 16.5 (አስራ ስድስት ነጥብ አምስት) ቢሊየን ዶላር ነው ሲል መረጃውን ከነማስረጃው ይፋ አድርጓል። ይህ ድርጊት ደግሞ በሙስና ከዘቀጡ ሃገራት ኢትዮጵያን በመጀመሪያው ደረጃ ላይ አስቀምጧታል። ልብ በሉ! 16.5 ቢሊየን ዶላር ከአራት በላይ የ”ህዳሴ” ግድቦችን ያሰራል። ከሁለተኛው አለም ጦርነት በኋላ መላው አውሮፓን ከውድቀት ያስነሳው የማርሻል ፕላን በጀት 20 ቢሊየን ዶላር ነበር። ከኢትዮጵያ በስምንት አመታት ጊዜ ውስጥ ብቻ የወጣው 16 ቢሊየን ዶላር ደግሞ አፍሪካ ካለችበት ውድቀት ሊያስነሳት የሚችል ገንዘብ እንደሆነ የኢኮኖሚ ጠበብት ይናገራሉ።
ኤ.ቢ.ሲ ኢንተርናሽናል የተባለው የማድሪድ ጋዜጣ ወ/ሮ አዜብ መስፍን በአንድ ቀን ግብይት ብቻ ለልብሷ 1.5 ሚሊዮን
ዶላር እንዳወጣች ዘግቧል። አዜብ መስፍን ባለፈው የህወሃት ስብሰባ ላይ ተገኝታ ስትናገር ግን የአቶ መለስ የወር ደሞዝ 250 ዶላር
እንደሆነ ነበር የተናገረችው። አዜብ የ1.5 ሚሊዮን ዶላር ልብስ በአንዲት ምሽት ስትሸምት መንግስት ድጎማ አድርጎላት ከሆነ ይኸው በይፋ ይነገር። በ250 ዶላር የወር ገቢ በሚሊዮን ዶላር ወጪ ማድረግ የሚቻልበት ሚስጥር የአባባ ታምራት ገለቴ ምትሃት ካልሆነ ታዲያ ምን ሊሆን ይችላል? ይህንን መራራ ሃቅ የጸረ-ሙስናው ኮሚሽንን የሚነዳው ቡድን እንዴት ችላ ሊለው ቻለ? በዚህ ጉዳይ ላይ በርካታ ታዛቢዎች የሚሰጡት አስተያየት የሚያስኬድ ይመስላል። ቡድኑ በቅድሚያ ወደ እነ አዜብ ሰፈር የሚወስደው መንገድ ላይ ያሉ ከእንቅፋቶችን ሁሉ ማጥራት አለበት።
በዛሬይቱ ኢትዮጵያ እንደ ቀልድ የሚነገሩ አንዳንድ እውነታዎች ለማመን የሚከብዱ ናቸው። አንዱ ‘ልማታዊ ባለሃብት’

Ethiopia advance in World Cup, South Africa out

September 7, 2013 (Ahram) — Minnows Ethiopia eliminated South Africa from the World Cup Africa zone qualifying competition Saturday by fighting back to defeat Central African Republic 2-1 in Congo.

The ‘Walias Antelopes’ topped Group A with 13 points, two more than 2010 World Cup hosts South Africa, whose 4-1 home win over Botswana in Durban proved futile.

Ethiopia, the bottom seeds in a mini-league expected to be dominated by South Africa, join Algeria, Egypt, Ghana and Ivory Coast in the two-leg play-offs.

Another four group winners will emerge later Saturday with Congo Brazzaville needing an away win and Nigeria, Senegal and Tunisia home draws to ensure progression.

Cameroon host Libya Sunday and a win for either country would take them through to the final round with the draw scheduled for September 16 in Cairo.

Minyahel Teshome was an ironic match-winner for Ethiopia just past the hour mark in a match switched from Bangui to Brazzaville because of post-C.A.R. coup security concerns.

Teshome played in an away win over Botswana when suspended, resulting in Ethiopia being docked three points and having their qualification put on hold.

Central African Republic, out of the reckoning after four losses in a row, took the lead midway through the opening half in the Congolese capital when Salif Keita scored.

After both goalkeepers made outstanding late first-half saves, Salahdin Ahmed levelled three minutes into the second half and Teshome struck on 61 minutes.

South Africa outplayed Botswana for long periods and deserved to lead by more than 2-0 at half-time with Botswana goalkeeper Kabelo Dambe making several excellent saves.

Kermit Erasmus put Bafana Bafana (The Boys) in front on 28 minutes with a far-post header and Dean Furman added a second with a close-range shot in stoppage time.

A powerful Jerome Ramatlhakwane header 18 minutes from time offered Botswana hope only for Bernard Parker to bag a late brace, with one goal coming off a penalty.

The dastards in the Tigrean ruling thugs committed an unforgivable cowardly act against a gallant Oromo activist, Engineer Tesfahun Chemeda. After kidnapping him in Kenya where he sought refugee status due to the constant harassment by the Tigrean henchmen in his own country Oromia, they render him to that wretched land – Ethiopia, against all the laws of civilized international standard. Even though the Federal Bureau of Investigation of the United States and the Kenya Judiciary absolved Engineer Tesfahun Chemeda from accusation of the Ethiopian regime that he was involved in terrorism, the malicious cowards of the Wayannee regime bribed corrupt Kenya security officials and did rendition him to their dungeon, in Ethiopia!
In the ensuing two years, they tortured him relentlessly to break his inexorable will to fight for dignity and democratic rights of the Oromo nation. He was a valiant fighter contemptuous of the barbarians at core sore of our nation’s essence! They placed him 24 hours a day for two years in solitary confinement! In their final criminal assault, they murdered him and lied to the world by announcing that he took his own life! It’s been said that cowards die a thousand times while a hero dies only once – it is the ignoble fear of the Wayannee thugs that will die thousand times! Tesfahun Chemeds valiant courage, to stand to their ghoulish act without breaking down is a testament to the heroic ethos of our élans who continue to confront the Tigrean thugs everywhere in Oromia undaunted!
The vile massacres of Oromos in Kofalee and the ghastly killing of Tesfahun Chemeda is our anguish, but in any struggle, lives will be lost against diabolical and fascist gangs! The struggle and its glory, like a diamond will sparkle, and the memory will live in the hamlets, valleys and mountains of Oromia for generations to come! The best, the brightest, the finest will continue to be martyred for the dignity of our people. We inherit our courage to struggle from our forefathers and mothers, Oromia with its brave sons and daughters will be defended with revolutionary zeal. All the spilled blood of Oromo martyrs will soak the fertile soil of Oromia to rise up like the seeds of spring to bloom our hills and magnificent valleys to urge us to fight-on! Let us bring the best of our knowledge and our time to this inheritance of honor and glory!
The Tigrean lunatics hoped to kill our nobility and splendor. A lunatic may kill an Oromo activist/revolutionary, but he cannot kill the revolutionary idea of free Oromia! The idea of free Oromia shall never die; new generation of gallant Oromo youth will pick-up the torch to fight for the next thousand years or till Oromia becomes a freeland!

Detention of human smuggling Ethiopian ship off the coast of Yemen in Aden

September 7, 2013 (Sheba) — Boats managed security for the maritime sector to the Coast Guard in the Gulf of Aden, the day of the detention of a ship with 80 people on board including 70 Ethiopians 8 Somalis & 2 Yemenis.
The general manager of the maritime sector to sector Coast Guard Gulf of Aden, Colonel Ahmed Subhi Corner News Agency / SABA / that the ship was in the task of human trafficking from the Horn of Africa to Yemeni territory illegally and incompatible with the legitimate immigration laws.
He noted that the ship’s crew tried to manipulate for the purpose of navigation sinking ship and where, but the Coast Guard boats intercepted track was escorted to the port of Aden and arrested its crew navigational .. Indicating that he is being investigated with the ship owner to take legal action about it.
